Hand Painted Shoulder Blades (Scapula)
Throughout history, native and aboriginal peoples have used the shoulder blades of animals
as tools and as artistic canvases. These bones make perfect art pallets. They are naturally free-standing and offer a
broad smooth area perfect for painting. Today, shoulder blades a typically thrown away, but I recycle them into modern-day
bone art!
